Sue Powel rides to Gold in the C4 Para Cycling division
2010 U19 and Elite Track National Championships.
Sue Powell set a super fast 4:09.391 on her way to Gold in the 3000mtr Pursuit under the new C4 Para Cycling Catagory.
The time would have been a world record in Sue's previous LC3 Category and should be the World benchmark in this new catergory. Sue is a Para Road Time Trail World Champion showed her versitility on the track and sent a warning to her compeditors that she will be ready in 2010.
Brandie O'Conner with Pilot Kerry Knowler showed excellent improvement riding a 3:31.999 in the VI 3000mtr women tandem pursuit final to bring home the Silver medal, Brandie has shown huge improvement in a short amount of time and after today has a lot to look forward to.
Catherine Culvenor rode well in the U19 Sprints just missing a medal to finish 4th.
Caitlin Todd had a solid start in the Womens Sprint.
Catherine and Caitlin combined in the Womens Elite Team Sprint, setting a state record time of 37.01 on their way to 5th Place. Well done girls.
